My New Kitchen Knife

Here is my long waited new article. I have started my culinary school in Art Institute, which has been going well. Even though I was issued with the standard knife kit, the kit is really nice. Everything was there, but I still felt like something was missing. At the time, I had been eyeing to have a cleaver in the picutre. Since I had been busy, I waited until about 3 weeks ago for the purchase. I finally felt comfortable and complete to have it with my knife kit. The cleaver was extremely dull, which I had help from the school to sharpen it. I have been happy with the result since. I am surprised it's capability, compare to the standard chef's knife. Both types are good knives. It all depends on the person's background, preferences, and other factors. All and all, I'm really happy with it.
