No Hassle Simple Grilling

This is what I do whel I live by myself and want to grill a steak. I just need the Le Creuset grill pan, which I got for sale, and my portable gas range. I put my culinary knowledge to use. The result is pretty good. I could sprinkle salt and pepper more evenly though.

My Culinary 244 Final Practical

Here are the pictures of my final practical product for Culinary 244 Asian Cusine. I still have room for a lot of improvements. At least, the rice for the sushi turns out to be ok. I rush through some steps for my Chinese "stir fry," but the sauce is pretty good.
