Curry Sauced Steak with Spaghetti & Chopped Romaine

This was something that I was experimenting. A simple steak grilled on the indoor grilled pan. The curry sauce base was store bought. I simply sauted some shallots and some garlic. Chicken stock and the curry were added. My challenge was timing. The result on the curry sauce was a little too salty. The spaghetti was slightly too oily with the olive oil. Overall, I thought it turned out ok.
