Pan-Fried Boneless Chicken Drumsticks

The chicken drumsticks were sitting in the freezer for awhile now. I put them in the refrigerator for a couple days to defrost. Remember, folks. The meat was still attached to the bones. So I deboned all 10 chicken drumsticks, dredged, egg-washed, and breaded for frying in my trusty cast iron skillet, as you see in the picture. They came out pretty good.

My Meatloaf

Here is my meatloaf for dinner of two before cooking. Ingredients: 2 lbs 80% lean 20% fat ground beef 1 red onion, chopped 1 tbsp red chile pepper 1 tbsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp kosher salt 2 eggs a few strips of bacon 1/3 cup ketchup 2 tbsp brown sugar Procedure 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. 2. Mix all ingredients, except bacon strips. 3. Line the loaf pan with bacon strips, 4. Put the ground beef mixture into the bacon lined pan. 5. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together. Put the mixture on top of the meatloaf. 6. Bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour, or until it's properly done.
