台灣香腸
Here is a package of Taiwanese sausages. The way how I like is steaming one or two of them with rice. This can enhance the flavor of the rice. The other way is cutting them at an angle, so that they look like an oval shape, and stir fry with some onions (or leeks) and garlic. Since the sausage is bit salty, I do not recommend adding more salt.
