Quick Fix

The seasoning on my 8" skillet had a chip off on the rim. It was like this for awhile. I thought about baking it to fix the minor cosmetic problem, until I saw how someone seasoned a skillet on a gas burner, I used my portable gas burner to fix the chipped off. I was expecting this method to work, but it did. I'm happy that I don't have to see that cosmetic imperfection.
