I finally found the takoyaki pan. I noticed takoyaki on Anthony Bourdain's No Reservation. I, then, found out that we could buy the pan and make it at home. I wanted one since, but no luck with local Asian markets in Indiana. I didn't want to buy one online because I am a visual person, and dislike the hassle with returns. It would be something which could last a long time. So the commercial non-stick ones were out of the picture. The cast iron was my only option. When I was visiting Columbus, OH, I found this in a Japanese grocery store and knew that it was something I wanted for years. It made my trip worth awhile. So...here it is.
