Deep Fryer for the Moment

I usually use the same frying oil for the same bag of fries, which takes awhile. It is somewhat inconvinient when I use the cast iron skillets. Since I already have a rarely used Lodge Dutch oven, I simply use it for frying, while my other skillets are still available. So, just for the moment, my Dutch oven is my deep fryer.
