My First deBuyer

I have been wanting to buy a deBuyer cookware for awhile. And I have admit that I am very into kitchen cookwares. I've heard many good things about carbon-steel cookwares. That's why I want something from deBuyer, rather than something restricted to woks. When I go to cookware stores, I typically go to the sales sections first, like many people would. It's what I did at William-Sonoma today and found a few deBuyer cookwares in the sales section. They all are at about 50% off. It is a chance that I can't miss out on. So I decide to buy the this cookware shown in the picture at about 25% of the normal retail price. I don't know what to expect with this particular cookware. Base on the instruction and online information, it's somewhat similar to cast iron cookwares. It still takes different precautious. I guess this will be another experiment.
